Principle:
(citrate lyase)
(1) Citrate → oxaloacetate + acetate

(L-malate dehydrogenase)
(2) Oxaloacetate + NADH + H+ → L-malate + NAD+

(D-lactate dehydrogenase)
(3) Pyruvate + NADH + H+ → D-lactate + NAD+
